Scuba Diving Maps was founded in 2020 by a group of passionate divers who encountered difficulties in finding reliable information about scuba diving destinations and training courses. The idea of creating a scuba diving website was born out of frustration during our own search for the best place to book the Instructor Development Course ("IDC"). Despite searching for weeks, we found it difficult to compare the different suppliers and locations where the IDC was held. In the end, we decided to book the course in Amed, Bali.
In 2020, when planning a trip to the Philippines, we again faced a similar challenge of gathering reliable information about the best dive sites and diving centers. We discovered that many dive sites provided contradictory information, making it challenging to plan a diving trip. This led to the creation of Scuba Diving Maps, with the aim of providing an easy-to-use and reliable scuba diving travel guide.
At Scuba Diving Maps, our mission is to help you plan your diving trip with ease and confidence. We aim to provide you with up-to-date information about the best dive sites and diving centers, so you can make an informed decision about your next diving destination. Our team work tirelessly to ensure that our information is reliable and accurate.
Scuba diving is an incredible experience that allows you to explore a fascinating underwater world. It is a unique opportunity to witness breathtaking marine life and immerse yourself in a world that is vastly different from our everyday life. The feeling of weightlessness and the freedom of movement in three dimensions is truly exhilarating. Scuba diving also has mental health benefits, as it requires you to focus on your breathing and be present in the moment, making it a form of meditation.
At Scuba Diving Maps, we believe that scuba diving is a life-changing experience that everyone should try at least once in their lifetime. It is an opportunity to connect with nature, gain a new perspective on life, and make unforgettable memories.
